We publish our rates so you can see exactly what to expect before you ever sign a contract.

Sloan Medical assumes patient and payment posting responsibilities working with onsite team to post POS payments, tracking and reconciling bank deposits and mailed payments
Claims Processing Management
Sloan Medical completes charge capture for all services within 48 hours.
Training & Optimization
Continuous training and team building between Sloan Medical team and front office team. Full time phone support to your onsite staff, bi-weekly meetings to provide education and feedback
Complete Revenue & Strategy Suite
7.5% - 9.5% of collections
Billing Team Oversight
Sloan Medical will assume all RCM responsibilities and assignments. Full patient phone, SMS and email support for billing inquiries, questions & feedback.
KPI Tracking & Reporting

Sloan Medical assumes all payment posting responsibilities, no posting will be done by the onsite team, reconciliation to bank ledger done daily, Inbox Health platform integration for real time patient statements and customized billing cycle- included in price.
Claims Processing Management
Sloan Medical verifies coding accuracy, completes charge capture for all services with 48 hours. Anual coding updates, reimbursement rate analysis & fee schedule review/updates.
Training & Optimization
Continuous training, workflow optimization and process improvement offered for all onsite departments working directly with the office manager or physician improve processes and enhance patient expierence.

Precertification and Benefits for surgical or diagnostic procedures. Obtain authorization, calculate patient benefits and collect prepayment based on office financial policy
11.75% of revenue collected from specified accounts.
Surgical Coding per case $9.50 per claim
Charge Entry per case (no coding typically for E&M) $2.50 per claim

Final rates are determined during the service agreement phase and based on multiple key performance indicators (KPIs) such as claim volume, specialty, payer mix, and workflow complexity. Sloan Medical does not require long-term contracts — services are provided month-to-month with a 120-day termination notice. A one-time startup fee applies and is calculated according to your current business structure and system configuration.
