Alex is a dynamic professional with a proven track record as an engaged member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and holds a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential. Additionally, she actively contributes to the American Medical Technologists and holds a Certified Medical Administrative Specialist certification. Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS, Alex brings over a decade of experience successfully managing the complete revenue cycle across diverse specialties, including Vascular, Cardiovascular Thoracic, and Plastic Surgery.

Her expertise extends to a pivotal role as the billing and operations manager of a high-volume Vascular Surgeon's clinic for several years before starting Sloan Medical. Committed to continuous professional development, Alex has been a regular attendee at the annual SVS Coding and Reimbursement conference since 2014.

Currently serving as the district manager for a high-volume family-owned construction company in the Midwest, Eric brings a wealth of experience to optimize business operations and foster sustained growth.
